Home Depot has real-time inventory and online ordering; CV Cedar has the right cedar in stock and people who know what to do with it. The opportunity is to combine both.

On Vancouver Island, that platform is a definitive advantage; current competitors will struggle to replicate a real-time product inventory and contractor portal of this complexity.
